Who is the Green Belt program designed for?
It is aimed at professionals, managers and project leaders from manufacturing, quality, engineering and operations who want to lead their own structured improvement projects
Is a Yellow Belt required first?
No. A Yellow Belt is useful preparation but not a formal prerequisite. Basic experience with processes and statistics is helpful
How is the program structured?
The program consists of several training days delivered in two modules. Between modules, methods can be applied directly to a real company improvement project
Is a practical project required for certification?
The full Green Belt certificate is linked to successful completion of a suitable improvement project. The program supports project structure, analysis and result validation
Which statistical methods are covered?
Topics include measurement system analysis, process capability, hypothesis testing, regression and ANOVA fundamentals, and SPC. Design of Experiments is introduced as an advanced method
Which software is used?
Exercises can be carried out with Minitab and, depending on the program, complemented by Excel or JASP. The main focus remains correct method selection and interpretation
Can the Green Belt program be delivered in-house?
Yes. In-house delivery allows case studies, datasets and project coaching to be adapted to your organization and processes
What is the difference between Yellow Belt and Green Belt?
A Yellow Belt supports improvement projects at foundation level. A Green Belt typically leads their own DMAIC projects and works much more deeply with data and statistics
