Stemann Consulting collaborates with RIF within the GreenIoT4KMU research project. The cooperation focuses on the structured collection and use of process and sustainability data and on developing data-driven approaches for resource-efficient, digital manufacturing. It combines scientific research with methodological expertise, data analytics and practical industrial implementation

As a member of the JASP Trainer Network, Stemann Consulting combines statistical expertise with practical applications in Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management and Data Analytics. A particularly strong connection with Stemann Consulting exists in Six Sigma and Quality Management. Since 2014, TU Dortmund has offered a Six Sigma Green Belt qualification that combines theoretical foundations with real improvement projects in companies, creating a direct transfer of knowledge between statistics, academic research and industrial process improvement
