Is a Champion a Belt like Green Belt or Black Belt?

No. The Champion is primarily a leadership and sponsor role. The focus is project selection, prioritization, resources, governance and business value

How deep does the workshop go into statistics?

Only as far as needed for sound management decisions. The emphasis is not on doing the analysis personally but on asking the right questions and making effective review decisions

How long is the Champion training?

The standard format is a compact one-day workshop

Do I need to bring my own Six Sigma project?
