Making digital sustainability data usable in practice

The project aims to develop a digital platform that captures, analyses and exchanges sustainability data between companies. Building on this, a Green Management and Reporting System is intended to connect ecological and economic KPIs and make the path from operational data to strategic goals transparent

Stemann Consulting contributes methodological expertise in data analysis, process improvement and KPI systems. The focus is on connecting reliable data, understandable metrics and implementation that supports concrete operational decisions
